Corn Free Corn Dogs

1 C chickpea flour1/2 tsp. guar gumPinch salt1 1/2 tsp baking powder2 T sugar1 egg1 T oilMilk Mix dry ingredients, whisk in egg, oil & enough milk to make a nice pourable batter. I cut my hot dogs in half and put both halves in the little loaf pans. Grease the pans with a safe for you fat. Pour batter over dogs and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
