Melty cheese : Vegan -Non Dairy

People are raving about it - I have got to try this one- I hope it turns out :) Someone said use turmeric to get it that cheesy orange color.
What you need:
2 cups nondairy milk, divided
4 ounces pimentos
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3-4 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch ( I am going to use arrowroot)
1/4 cup raw cashews
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 ounces pimentos
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3-4 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

What you do:
1. Blend cashews and pimentos in small amount of milk until smooth, add remaining ingredients (including milk), and blend to mix.
2. Cook in heavy sauce pan until thick, stirring constantly.
