Cheesy Stuffed Mini Poppers



  • 1 pound mini sweet peppers, halved
  • 8 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
  3. Fill each pepper halve with cheese mixture.
  4. Bake 15-18 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned
