PALEO MEDITERRANEAN STEAK

 FROM ONCE A MONTH MEALS

½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Sage, Dried
½ teaspoons Rosemary, Dried
½ teaspoons Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Thyme, Dried
½ tablespoons Olive Oil
2 pounds Beef Steak
  1. Mix together spices with olive oil. Rub herb paste on all sides of steak.
  2. Divide steak among gallon sized freezer bags, remove as much air as possible, seal, label and freeze.
thaw & cook as would normally cook your steak
