FROM ONCE A MONTH MEALS
½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Sage, Dried
½ teaspoons Rosemary, Dried
½ teaspoons Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Thyme, Dried
½ tablespoons Olive Oil
2 pounds Beef Steak
- Mix together spices with olive oil. Rub herb paste on all sides of steak.
- Divide steak among gallon sized freezer bags, remove as much air as possible, seal, label and freeze.
thaw & cook as would normally cook your steak
